While looking for new windows, we met Gilles Murad (G). He was very pleasant, professional, and was prepared with samples to show what window works can do. He took the time to understand what we were looking for. Gilles knows his products and cares about the customer. During installation he came by to make sure everything was going well. Gilles keeps in touch from beginning to the end. A great person to know, and a great salesman for the company.
