I have been shopping for windows for several months and decided to go with Window Works. Our decision was mostly based on price as we certainly had sticker shock with some of the national window companies. We were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service and communication provided by Karen as well as the professionalism and efficiency of the installation team. The installation crew was very thorough and neat. They were able to complete the installation of 32 windows in one day and returned the second day to complete the exterior trim work. At the end of the day, you hardly even knew they were at our home. With the excellent warranty, I assume that we will not not need to purchase new windows again for this home, but if we move again and need windows, I certainly will not hesitate to call Window Works again.
