We had windows installed by Window Works a little over two years ago.. This winter we noticed condensation in between the double pane glass on a couple of our windows.. The fog was not inside or outside on the glass,, it could not be wiped away.. I immediately thought great here we go.. ?? I called window works and they asked what the problem was.. My customer service contact was Michelle and I couldn't be happier.. Michelle treated me like I was family!! I explained what was going on and Michelle asked me if she could sent me a link so that I could send her a couple of pictures of our problem.. Me being a natural cynic thought now the have begins.. She'll say she sent it and I'll never get it or I'll get it but she'll say she never got the pictures..I figured this will go on until one of us is tired.. Nope... Not at all the case.. Michelle did exactly that!! Within no time at all Michelle had an amazing tech named Dave come out and replace the glass on 2 of our windows..
