Michele Ortega was very nice leaving acall back number or respond with an email address. I missed her call and opted to leave a message. I let her know Dave Phillips was my service man. And to say he was very efficient and pleasant. He knew the issue. I explained all to Michele how satisfied I was . Michele’s voice mail was very professional and kind asking about the service I received. I give them both, 5 Stars.
