My experience with WindowWorks was exceptional,it took a while for my windows and door arrived, but the result is the wait was definitely worth it. This was my first winter with the new windows and door, but I can bet my heating bill was at least 50% less than previous years.I would recommend all homeowners in need of new windows/and or doors to go with this company. I had also tried to get an estimate from Felder Windows and doors and the representative they sent out was in a hurry, decided that they could not do the job for anywhere near the price that was quoted to me by the WindowWorks rep. Yes! I would definitely recommend WindowWorks

Window issue
During the vortex my windows had some icing in the corners and was concerned I had an issue. Ty explained to me why this occurred and was satisfied and relieved it wasn’t something more. I have had Ty come and he is very knowledgeable and kind. He is always such a pleasure with his upbeat personality that makes me smile . Thank you Ty !

Best Customer Service Ever
My installers arrived on one the coldest days of the winter and they got to work. Very courteous and polite. After installing door I wanted a keyless deadbolt instead of the regular one, then it got crazy lock would not work, youtube ,mfg called nothing worked. Mfg said the motor was bad they waited while I went and got another one New lock worked these guys went above the line of duty. IDoors installed beautifully. I am a contractor and never seen this kind of customer service. Did I also say another rep came by to see if I was satisfied

I highly recommend window works for all your house renos and projects! Their customer service was one of the best experiences I have had. Our windows came out beautiful and the installers work with patience and were very clean after they were done. Very punctual when it came to starting the project and finishing the project. They had to come on another day as it started to get dark, and they did not want to rush on putting up the window and risk it being done improperly. They came super early the next business day to finish. They showed us how to work every window and went into detail on what they did step by step. LIFETIME warranty on all the windows! Tina Garcia worked customer service, and was super helpful and professional when it came to answering questions and getting to the root of the issue/concern. She is not shy when it comes to phone tag as she wants to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out and made sure I had all questions answered. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had since I started doing renovations!
