I had a father and son team installed my windows. They were on time. They did such an awesome job. I couldn't believe how quickly and through of a job they did. I am so pleased with the final results. I have the best looking house on the block. Thanks father and son team. Thank you window works such great quality.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Cook as my sales representative today. I must say that he is a TOP NOTCH Representative of Window Works. If the work they do is as good as he represents them, I will be as happy as a clam. Mike took the time to sit and review and explain everything to me as an equal, not as a "women", like a lot of sales people do. He was exactly on time. It was as if I was the only person he had to see today. I couldn't be happier with his presentation, and he explained everything, even things that you didn't know were part of the patio doors. If you are hestitating as to whether Window Works is the one -- believe me they are. Be sure to ask for Mike Cook - and you won't have to worry about getting burned.
Excellent
I don't write review's but I just was compelled to provide one on my new Windows experience. Had 14 Windows installed on May 1, 2019 and everything was great, no high pressure salesperson, customer service would keep me up to date on the manufacturing process and the install went without a hitch. Old rotten wood was removed, New wood innstalled perfectly the installers, Alex and Marvin were very professional they put tarps down throughout the house and removed their shoes every time they came in. They wrapped all existing wood perfectly and did a great job of caulking all around the Windows. After the install crew cleaned up all around the house perfectly. Windows look great and easy to operate and remove and no more painting wood Windows. Even after the install and payment customer service followed up to see how everything went. I was very impressed with the entire job and highly reccomend this company.
15 New Windows
I got 15 new windows. My expectations were high. I am a very picky costumer. I like everything done wright. This company was absolutely perfect from first visit with Dominick to the day of installation. I was more then happy with my experience. I would use window woks over and over. Windows and doors are very expensive but they will work with you to get your business. I highly recommend window works you will not be sorry.

Great experience! Replaced entry door and frame, arrived on time, beautifully installed and completed on time, stayed for inspection, asked if we were satisfied, can go on and on. WW worked with our HOA to get the correct color paint and professionally painted the door before installing. We will recommend them to anyone - great job and very pleased!!

My experience was excellent GREAT! Chris Cizmar was so courteous and polite. He was very through in explaining the refinancing. He gave us an great deal for a repeat customer. Window Works recently installed two sliding glass doors and transom windows on the fourth floor of my townhouse. The work is of extremely high quality and we are very pleased with the results. Tela and his team worked diligently on the project and completed the total installation including removal of the old doors/windows in under 4 hours. The doors and windows themselves are extremely high quality and are guaranteed for life. When comparing pricing I received from competing window companies, Window Works by far best out the competition. I will certainly be using Window Works for all of my window needs in the future.
