WOW!!!
Window Works (WW) is an awesome company that stands behind their products and services!!!! My seven year old WW sliding door needed a repair to secure the aluminum trim on the bottom of the door. Michele from WW did a great job of coordinating with her team to figure out exactly what service was needed. We were able to share/use phone pictures so her and her team could look, discuss and determine what was needed. Then she scheduled the service. This saved time. Next, Ryan from WW came out and fixed the loose aluminum piece and he did a great job too! Ryan also made sure that the screen door and sliding door worked like new again! It is a nice to work with such caring and professional people!!! I can't wait to get my new windows from Window Works!!!! I confidently recommend Window Works, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Great windows
Love these windows! My only complaint was a very long sales presentation. I think he was a newer sales rep. He was very thorough! Another rep came to do final measurements. I said my bay window could be pushed out a little further if I was interested. I love the extra space! I was told a time frame for the windows to be built. The sales concierge contacted me to keep updated on the status and scheduling of install. The two installers did a great job, cleaned up and were friendly. The windows are very energy efficient so far. Have only experienced them in spring/summer. They do keep the warmth from the southern exposure out. I get the sunshine, but not the heat. Very pleased with every aspect of WindowWorks customer service, installers and product. Thank you

Thanks goes out to Ryan who arrived on time and performed top notch service with a friendly demeanor. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with our dirt knob replacement and gladly recaulked around the door where I asked him to. Window Works stands by their work! Honesty at its best
Five stars. Chris came by our home in Palatine to do a review of ten windows we thought we needed to replace in three bedrooms....based on water pooling on the window bases, and inconsistent temperatures in the bedrooms. Quick solve: he instructed us to get an HVAC service into check out the system that was installed in the early 90's when our home was built. There appears to be some outdated equipment here and that's not providing the correct levels of humidity we need to alleviate the water. And yes, I have spent time adjusting the settings of the humidifier based on outside temps. His recommendation to replace our current windows was only to solve for higher efficiency in our heating and cooling - keeping external cold and hot air out, and keeping heat and AC in. He confirmed there is no need to replace our windows now to achieve that, and just stick with what we have. Long story short: an overdue HVAC service will be more affordable for us than replacing windows. I was embarrassed for wasting his time, but thanked Chris several times for providing an honest POV and not selling just to sell. I appreciate this so very much. When the time does come for replacement, Chris and WindowWorks get the first call for service.

We just spent the evening with David Josephs of Window Works in Bolingbrook. David is an excellent rep, very knowledgable and gave a great presentation. He totally sold us on his product. We were not going to do the work until spring of 2022, but David sold us on doing it this fall. We are totally excited about replacing all the windows and doors on our 50 year-old townhouse ??
