I am a previous customer with window works. I let the company come back out to evaluate my siding since I previously bought windows with them. I told Camry that the price was high from the price I wanted to spend. She told she was going to call me back after she spoke with a manager. She called back and suggested since I was a previous customer to get a project manger out to to make this affordable for me. I scheduled an appointment for the 14th. The fact that this company follows up with you after a visit to make sure the sales rep did their job a lot of companies don’t do that.

I bought 3 doors, two with storms and one for the garage. The installer came on time ,finished the door with no problems. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again.

While looking for new windows, we met Gilles Murad (G). He was very pleasant, professional, and was prepared with samples to show what window works can do. He took the time to understand what we were looking for. Gilles knows his products and cares about the customer. During installation he came by to make sure everything was going well.
