I needed a damaged window replaced. Kasey Milo was most helpful in arranging everything. The window was replaced by Paul Jados, who was prompt, professional and friendly. Window Works has replaced all the windows and doors in my home. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them! Kasey and Paul represent the company well!

WE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS. THE CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET ANY WINDOWS REPLACED. WE HAD CRACKED GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS IN THE HALLWAYS OF OUR BUILDING & THEY TOOK THEM OUT & REPLACED THEM WITH BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS THAT WE ARE NOW ABLE TO OPEN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had new windows and a patio door replaced last week. I’m VERY happy with them. I love how easy they are to open and close. Robert and Chris were very professional and courteous. When they left everything was picked up and spotless. I highly recommend this company!! I definitely give them 5 stars!

Patio Door Adjustment
I wanted to express our complete satisfaction with your service rep, Dave Phillips. We were having an issue with our patio door scraping the bottom plate when we would close it. We contacted Window Works and Dave came out and fixed the issue. He was very professional and courteous and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. He is an asset to your company. We also want to recognize Michele Ortega. Michele contacted us to follow-up on the service and make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Great service
I’m highly impressed with window works. The company is very quick to respond to any & all of your needs. They’re also exceptional communicators before sending anyone out to your house. Our windows are great quality and really add a lot to our home. We did have a few small issues after installation but the customer service team did a great job at getting all of our problems resolved in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.
