My window works experience
I had windows siding, gutters, etc.... done to my front house and the coach house. I needed, additional gutters added to the front. Hector came out, explain that two more gutters were needed on the side of my house, which is where my driveway is as well as the front door. Their was water , two puddles towards the back, Hector stayed, that side of the house needed the gutters so the water could drain. Hector and Vova, came out this Friday? introduce themselves with a hand shake, explain where they would like to install the additional gutters. I agree, and the work was done in a reasonable time. Hector ask, if everything was ok, I stated, yes! And was told to call if I had any questions. With a hand shake from both of them, they left. I know, that the next home owners will be please with their work. They’re both very professional, and will listen to your needs. I’m a happy customer with Window Works, I keep giving them my money. Lol!!!!

I called to inquire about door installation and these guys are excellent. Extremely professional and fantastic customer service. They are quick, reliable and product is great quality. From the salesman to the last person installing the door and adjusting the screen door were amazing hard working people. I will definitely use Window works again for any other projects in the house! Window Works has amazing products and fair pricing, but their customer service is the best ever. Every person I've had to contact or communicate with had excellent customer service skills. They are extremely professional and courteous. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable. Vovo came to follow up on a service call and it only took him a few seconds to figure out the problem I was having. He corrected the problem in just over ten minutes and explained to me in detail what was going on. He showed me the correct way to operate my window and let me know that I can always call if I needed help again. It is very refreshing to do business with people that love what they do and actually care that you are a satisfied customer.
