I wanted to express our complete satisfaction with your service rep, Dave Phillips. We were having an issue with our patio door scraping the bottom plate when we would close it. We contacted Window Works and Dave came out and fixed the issue. He was very professional and courteous and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. He is an asset to your company. We also want to recognize Michele Ortega. Michele contacted us to follow-up on the service and make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. She was polite and professional and a pleasure to work with.
