Estimate on replacing patio door
I just received my first estimate on replacing my patio door. It was from Bryant at Window Works. I was extremely impressed with Bryant's knowledge and professionalism. I think that it will be difficult for any other estimators to measure up to my positive experience with Bryant.
Service
The technician arrived on time. He was very thorough, Tidy, explained the problem, reviewed the warranty, and was friendly, even to my dog. He was careful when exiting and returning that my dog did not get out. I was extremely satisfied with this technician.
A very good experience with Window works crew
I had Paul replacing my broken patio glass. He was very punctual and very professional and performed the replacement job with high quality. I am very pleased with his level of skills and professionalism.

Siding
I recently purchased siding from window works. I dealt with sales representative Gilles murad. Gilles was very positive, informative, and and easy to work with.
Replacement Door
I originally ordered my replacement door back in early March of this year. The salesman came to my house and showed samples of door products. He answered all my questions and I ordered my door. The lockdown hit and it wasn't until late May that my door could be installed. Your company kept me informed through texts as to the status of my order. The installers were very nice and through when putting my door in. After the install, they cleaned up the area very well. Great job all around from start to finish.
First appointment
We need new windows. Ricky was professional and explained my options and provided different solutions to our concerns. My husband and I decided to have our windows installed by them.
Gilles was great!
Extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had after the demonstration. We feel confident we went with the right company for our window replacements.
Highly recommend
We were in the market for new windows and friends of ours in Iowa recommended Window Works. We gave them a call to come out and give us a quote. My husband and I recently made the decision to replace the windows in our home, as well as a sliding glass door. We contacted a few companies in the area including Illinois Energy Windows, Replacement Windows Illinois, and a few others. After hearing each proposal, we weren’t completely sold on anyone. We ended up chatting with a neighbor who also had their windows replaced recently and asked them who they used. She said they used a company named Window Works and gave me their number. We ended up doing our research before calling them and noticed they had hundreds of positive reviews. We decided to call them out and see what they had to offer. The voucher most definitely played a role in our decision as we love to vacation. When we factored in their reputation, the recommendation from our neighbor, and the vacation how could we say no. We signed off on the deal and have since had our work done. Window Works did a phenomenal job and we are very happy with the service we received.
